1. Download and complete Form 4A from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

3. Submit your application online through the e-PR system. You will need to create an account on the ICA website to do so. Alternatively, you can submit a hard copy of the application form and all supporting documents in person at the ICA Building.

4. Pay the PR application fee of S$100.
