    What ever happened to the invaluable African-American historical and slavery-era artifacts donated by numerous private citizens to the original Fredericksburg project? Have the owners been able to reclaim their donations? Are they being kept securely somewhere? These are questions that need to be answered as those involved in the apparently-failed earlier project now seek to become involved in the new project.
